Traditional Jewish songs, songs of love and longing for Eretz Israel, and songs of springtime Israeli musician and composer Nurit Hirsch meets the Re’im Duo, the oldest hasidic music ensemble in Israel. The concert will include familiar songs as well as new, original ones-and, of course, the stories behind the songs.

Moshe Rabeinu – A prophet, a leader and a freedom-warrior, and one of the most fascinating figures in Jewish history, and in Western civilization as well.

This coming Passover – this fascinating and multi-faceted leader will be closely surveyed from various perspectives, in an inter-disciplinary event about Moses as is presented in Midrash, in Jewish tradition, in the various cultures surrounding rabbinic literature and Art.

The event will consist of three lectures in English accompanied by a musical interlude.
